Official Rules

This sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is sponsored by Nextstar Promotions, LLC (the "Sponsor"), with principal offices located at [Your PO Box Address]. The Sponsor is solely responsible for all aspects of this Sweepstakes.

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Nextstar Promotions, LLC, and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and any entity involved in the development, production, implementation, administration, or fulfillment of the Sweepstakes (collectively, "Sweepstakes Entities"), and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and persons living in the same household, whether or not related, are not eligible to participate or win.

Void where prohibited or restricted by law. All applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Participation constitutes entrant\'s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor\'s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.

The Sweepstakes begins on July 1, 2025, at 12:00:00 AM Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on December 31, 2025, at 11:59:59 PM ET (the "Entry Period"). The Sponsor\'s computer is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes. Entries received outside the Entry Period will not be eligible.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

Method 1 — Online Entry (Purchase): Visit the official Sweepstakes website and select an entry package. Complete the entry form with your full legal name, valid email address, phone number, date of birth, and complete mailing address. Entry packages include: Starter Pack (100 entries for $25.00), Best Value Pack (500 entries for $75.00), and VIP Pack (1,500 entries for $150.00). All purchases are final and non-refundable.

Method 2 — Free Entry by Mail (AMOE): To enter without making a purchase, hand-print your full legal name, complete mailing address, email address, phone number, and date of birth on a 3" x 5" piece of paper. Include the following handwritten statement: "I request entry into the Nextstar Promotions Impala Sweepstakes." Mail your entry in a #10 business-size envelope with proper postage to: Nextstar Promotions — Impala Sweepstakes Entry, [Your PO Box Address]. Each mail-in entry received will be awarded one hundred (100) entries into the Sweepstakes. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per stamped outer envelope. Mechanically reproduced entries will not be accepted. Mail-in entries must be postmarked during the Entry Period and received within seven (7) days of the end of the Entry Period.

All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. Proof of submission does not constitute proof of receipt. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, illegible, or postage-due entries.

On or about January 15, 2026, one (1) potential Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will be conducted live on the Sponsor\'s official social media channels by an independent representative of the Sponsor.

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The potential winner will be notified by telephone and email within five (5) business days of the drawing. If the potential winner cannot be reached within five (5) business days after the first notification attempt, or if any notification is returned as undeliverable, the potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected.

Grand Prize (1): One (1) fully restored 1958 Chevrolet Impala and twenty thousand dollars ($20,000.00) in cash. The vehicle specifications include a 348 cu in V8 engine, Powerglide 2-Speed Automatic transmission, Candy Apple Red exterior, Red & White leather interior, and a complete frame-off restoration. The approximate retail value ("ARV") of the Grand Prize is eighty-five thousand dollars ($85,000.00).

Cash Alternative: The winner may elect to receive a cash payment of sixty thousand dollars ($60,000.00) in lieu of the vehicle and cash prize. This election must be made in writing within fourteen (14) days of prize acceptance notification.

Prize is awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee by the Sponsor. The winner is solely responsible for all costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use, including but not limited to taxes, title, registration, insurance, shipping, and delivery of the vehicle. The winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes.

No substitution, assignment, or transfer of the prize is permitted, except by the Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. The prize is non-transferable. Any portion of the prize not accepted by the winner will be forfeited.

The potential winner will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and where permitted by law, a Publicity Release within fourteen (14) days of notification. Failure to return the required documents within the specified time period may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

The potential winner may be required to provide proof of identity and age (e.g., a valid government-issued photo ID). The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who does not comply with these Official Rules.

All federal, state, and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. The winner will receive an IRS Form 1099 for the value of the prize. The Sponsor will withhold any taxes required by applicable law. The winner may be required to provide a valid Social Security Number or Taxpayer Identification Number for tax reporting purposes.

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner\'s consent for the Sponsor and its designees to use the winner\'s name, likeness, photograph, voice, biographical information, statements, and city and state of residence for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes in any and all media now known or hereafter developed, worldwide, in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notification, or permission.

The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, human error, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by the Sponsor. In such event, the Sponsor may select the winner from among all eligible entries received prior to and/or after the action taken by the Sponsor.

The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, or acts in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner. Any attempt to deliberately damage or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

The Sponsor is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; technical failures of any kind; unauthorized human intervention; or any combination thereof.

By entering, entrants agree to release, discharge, indemnify, and hold harmless the Sweepstakes Entities and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from and against any claims, damages, disability, death, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses of any kind (including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys\' fees and costs) arising out of or relating to participation in the Sweepstakes, acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize, or participation in any prize-related activity.

IN NO EVENT WILL THE SWEEPSTAKES ENTITIES BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, ARISING OUT OF ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE SWEEPSTAKES WEBSITE OR THE DOWNLOADING FROM AND/OR PRINTING MATERIAL DOWNLOADED FROM SAID WEBSITE.

Except where prohibited, entrants agree that: (a) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (b) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event attorneys\' fees; and (c) no punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or other damages may be awarded.

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants and the Sponsor, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State in which the Sponsor is domiciled, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.

Information collected from entrants is subject to the Sponsor\'s Privacy Policy. By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information as described in the Privacy Policy and these Official Rules. Personal information collected will be used for the purpose of administering the Sweepstakes and, with the entrant\'s consent, for marketing communications from the Sponsor.

Entrants may opt out of marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in any email received from the Sponsor or by contacting the Sponsor directly.

For the name of the winner (available after January 31, 2026), send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Nextstar Promotions — Impala Sweepstakes Winner\'s List, [Your PO Box Address]. Requests must be received by March 31, 2026.

If any provision of these Official Rules is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal, and enforceable while preserving the original intent.
